About BAJJPAY
A liquidity desk for businesses that move money.
BAJJPAY prices and settles crypto and FX trades as a principal. One firm price, one counterparty, settlement the same business day. That is the whole proposition, and everything we do is in service of it.

Who we are
What BAJJPAY is, and is not.
BAJJPAY is a liquidity provider. When a business needs to buy or sell USDT or USDC, or convert between USD, EUR, GBP and the Nigerian naira, we quote a firm price on the size they need and settle the trade the same business day, on-chain or over bank rails.
We are not an exchange, a trading app or a custodian. There is no order book to work, no retail product and nothing held on a client's behalf between trades. Every client is a business or professional counterparty, verified before the first trade, with a named dealer and documented terms.
The problem we solve
Businesses that move money across currencies and rails usually end up with several providers, each covering one step, none owning the whole journey. Pricing is opaque, settlement is uncertain, and reconciliation is manual.
Why BAJJPAY exists
To be the one counterparty behind that journey: a desk that prices the trade, settles it on the day and confirms it in writing, with the controls a finance team and an auditor expect.
How we operate
Principal, not broker. Documented, not informal.
Four things shape how the desk works day to day.
01
We trade as a principal
Prices are quoted against our own book and settlement capacity, which is why they are firm and why the desk that priced the trade also settles it.
02
Settlement is part of the trade
Instructions are agreed before you trade. Funds move the same business day to accounts you have verified, through stages you can see.
03
Everything is recorded
Requests, quotes, acceptances, approvals and settlement legs are all logged and confirmed in writing. Nothing is done by chat and memory.
04
People answer
Every relationship has a named dealer. Enquiries are read by a person and answered within one business day.
Who we serve
Four kinds of client. One requirement.
Core principles
What we hold ourselves to.
-
01
Clarity over cleverness
A quote, a confirmation or a settlement status should be understood at a glance by a finance team, not decoded.
-
02
Firm means firm
If we say a price is executable, it is. If we say funds will move today, they will. We would rather decline a trade than requote it.
-
03
Compliance is not an obstacle
Verification, source-of-funds review and dual control protect our clients as much as they protect us. We do them properly and explain each stage.
-
04
No claims we cannot stand behind
We do not publish volumes, logos or testimonials we cannot substantiate, and we do not describe a licence or a capability we do not have.
Institutional approach
The controls a finance team expects.
- Corporate verification of every client, its ownership and the people acting for it
- Roles and permissions for traders, finance, operations, compliance and view-only users
- Approval bands and transaction limits set by the client's own organisation
- Compliance review before every release of funds
- Verified settlement destinations, changed only by authorised people
- An audit log of actions on both the client portal and the desk
Where we come from
Built around the corridor we know best.
BAJJPAY's roots are in currency exchange between the Nigerian naira and the major currencies, for businesses that needed a counterparty who would document every transfer and confirm every rate in writing.
That requirement has not changed; the flow has. Clients now move stablecoins as readily as currency, in sizes that need firm pricing and settlement they can plan around. The desk is built for that, with USDT and USDC priced alongside USD, EUR, GBP and NGN, and the same standards of documentation applied to every leg.
Alongside the desk, BAJJPAY continues to help with smaller exchange requirements where it can. Pricing for those is quoted per transaction; ask the desk.
