For fintechs and PSPs

Liquidity you can build on, without building the desk.

Wallet funding, payout cover, float management and conversion for your own customers. BAJJPAY is the counterparty behind those flows, so your team can focus on the product.

The problem

What usually goes wrong.

A fintech that needs liquidity usually ends up running a small trading operation on the side: several venues, several bank relationships, spreadsheets to reconcile them. It is expensive, it distracts from the product, and it still does not guarantee a fill on the day it matters.

Use cases

How fintechs use BAJJPAY.

01

Wallet funding

Fund customer-facing wallets in USDT, USDC or currency on a standing arrangement.

02

Payout cover

Cover payout obligations in the currency they are due in, priced firm ahead of the cycle.

03

Float management

Rebalance between stablecoins and currency as your float moves.

04

Conversion for customers

Offer conversion inside your product with BAJJPAY as the counterparty behind it.

What you get

One relationship, everything documented.

The same portal, the same dealer and the same confirmations, whatever the size of your flow.

  • Deep liquidity in the assets your product actually runs on
  • Firm quotes you can price your own customers against
  • Roles, limits and maker-checker approvals for your operations team
  • Alerts and a full trade and settlement record for reconciliation

How it works

From first conversation to a standing relationship.

  1. 01

    Connect

Tell us what you move, in which assets, and how often. A dealer replies within one business day.

  2. 02

    Define requirements

Corporate verification, terms, limits and settlement instructions are agreed and documented.

  3. 03

    Get pricing

Request a firm price from your portal or your dealer. Accept it within the stated window, or pass.

  4. 04

    Settle

Fund your leg. BAJJPAY releases the other side the same business day, tracked stage by stage.

  5. 05

    Keep operating

Recurring flow is priced on a standing basis. One counterparty, one dealer, one confirmation per trade.

Questions

What fintechs ask us.

All questions
Who can use BAJJPAY?
Businesses and professional counterparties: merchants, fintechs and payment providers, corporates and OTC desks or brokers. Every client goes through corporate verification before trading. The desk is not a retail product, although smaller exchange requirements can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
What does the client portal include?
Requests for quote and quote acceptance, a trade blotter, settlement tracking, nominated settlement accounts, a treasury view of exposure, team roles and permissions, approval bands and transaction limits, document uploads, notifications and alerts, and support tickets to your desk.
How are trades authorised?
By people in your own organisation, according to roles and approval bands you set. A request for quote, a quote acceptance and a settlement account change can each require specific permissions, and tickets above a threshold can require more than one approver before they proceed.
How do I add or change a settlement account?
From the settlement accounts area of your portal. Bank accounts and wallet addresses are added by someone with the right permission in your organisation, verified before first use, and one can be set as the default for each entity.
