For corporates

Cross-border payments, FX and treasury through one counterparty.

Import cover, payroll, intercompany transfers and currency exposure. BAJJPAY gives your finance team institutional pricing, same-day settlement and the controls an audit expects.

The problem

What usually goes wrong.

Corporate treasury teams are expected to move money across borders efficiently, keep exposure under control and document every step. Retail-grade providers make the first hard and the last impossible.

Use cases

How corporates use BAJJPAY.

01

Import cover

Buy the currency your suppliers invoice in, at a firm price, ahead of the payment date.

02

Payroll and payables

Fund cross-border payroll and payables in the right currency, on the right day.

03

Intercompany transfers

Move value between entities in stablecoins or currency and convert on arrival.

04

Exposure management

See exposure across currencies in one reporting unit and act on it with scheduled conversions.

What you get

One relationship, everything documented.

The same portal, the same dealer and the same confirmations, whatever the size of your flow.

  • Institutional pricing on every conversion
  • Approval bands and transaction limits set by your own organisation
  • Roles for finance, operations and compliance, with an audit trail
  • Confirmations and references that reconcile without manual work

How it works

From first conversation to a standing relationship.

  1. 01

    Connect

Tell us what you move, in which assets, and how often. A dealer replies within one business day.

  2. 02

    Define requirements

Corporate verification, terms, limits and settlement instructions are agreed and documented.

  3. 03

    Get pricing

Request a firm price from your portal or your dealer. Accept it within the stated window, or pass.

  4. 04

    Settle

Fund your leg. BAJJPAY releases the other side the same business day, tracked stage by stage.

  5. 05

    Keep operating

Recurring flow is priced on a standing basis. One counterparty, one dealer, one confirmation per trade.

Questions

What corporates ask us.

All questions
What does the client portal include?
Requests for quote and quote acceptance, a trade blotter, settlement tracking, nominated settlement accounts, a treasury view of exposure, team roles and permissions, approval bands and transaction limits, document uploads, notifications and alerts, and support tickets to your desk.
How are trades authorised?
By people in your own organisation, according to roles and approval bands you set. A request for quote, a quote acceptance and a settlement account change can each require specific permissions, and tickets above a threshold can require more than one approver before they proceed.
Which currencies and corridors are supported?
USD, EUR, GBP and NGN. The pairs we quote include USD, EUR and GBP against NGN, and GBP and EUR against USD. Other corridors can be discussed with your dealer.
What information is required?
Typically: incorporation documents, details of directors and beneficial owners, proof of the settlement accounts you will use, and where relevant, proof of source of funds for particular trades. Your dealer will confirm the exact list for your entity type.
